Every morning as the sun comes up over the hills, our barn doors open and our hens run out to greet the day. Free to roam in grassy meadows, sheltered by thousands of trees they climb, hunt for bugs and seeds and wander to their hearts’ content.

Our hens’ diet has a direct effect on the quality of their eggs. To make sure they get the best, we mill our own special blend of wheat, barley and other grains that gives them the nutrients they need for muscle tone and glossy feathers.
