Mix salad ingredients together and toss lightly with olive oil, lemon juice & pepper. Put eggs into cold water and bring to boil on BBQ. When boiling, boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and drain. Peel and slice in half. Pan fry fish in a little bit of olive oil on the BBQ.

To assemble put eggs around plate and break up fish and toss through salad.
