  1. Preheat oven to 150C.
  2. Mix together butter, sugar, eggs, cocoa and vanilla. Don’t overmix.
  3. Stir in choc chips and flour.
  4. Line 33 x 23cm baking tin with baking paper.
  5. Pour in batter, scatter raspberries over the top and press lightly into the mix.
  6. Bake 55-60 mins – brownie cooked when the edges are crisp and middle still soft.
  7. Enjoy!
