Crème Brûlée


Whisk the yolks and sugar until light and fluffy. Set aside. Heat the cream, but do not let it bubble. Stir together the warm cream and yolk mix.

Place in ramekins and sprinkle sugar on top. Place ramekins in a water bath, then in the oven under the grill – until the sugar is nice and crispy.
